In an attempt to get myself out of a creative rut and spiritual, emotional, and physical mental breakdown and turmoil, I started practising yoga, this started with a 30-day yoga journey with Yoga with Adriene, and soon started to include gratitude journaling, then meditation. After years of practice of these three things in my life, they became staples and the means of the improvement of my entire life. I started this blog to help you find yoga, meditation, and journalling as a way of guiding you through life and finding a spiritual equilibrium within yourself.
In December 2021, I was diagnosed with ADHD, which added a whole new layer of navigating life and finding a balance and a sense of Equilibrium, as I know how difficult yoga, meditation, and journalling can be to do when you have ADHD, especially consistently. Through this blog, I endeavour to help you, whether you too have ADHD or not, to find a sense of peace, understanding, and stability (mental and otherwise) within your life.
Therefore, some blog posts may be more ADHD-based (especially in October which is ADHD Awareness Month).
EQUILIBRIUM is a spiritual wellness site, a place to help you find a well-balanced state of mental and emotional harmony. Inspired by my own spiritual journey through recovery from my past trauma, this blog acts as a guide to help you on your journey to live your best and healthiest life and to finally start living in alignment with your highest self.
